And the Surprise is....

Drumroll please....

A new church! That's right, the Project's back in the field.

Actually, literally in the field.

St. Martin-in-the-Fields

Enjoy!

  1. Very pretty church, but I particularly liked the photo of the gargoyle with the icicle hanging from its mouth.

    Don't ask me why.

  2. Nice review! Not to nitpick, but "Episcopalian church" is actually improper. It's "Episcopal church" and one who belongs to one is an "Episcopalian."
Guatamala- the reason for the trip is that that the Diocese of Guatamala is the "adoptive" or "companion" diocese of the Episcopal Diocese of PA, that is the Dio of PA supports this poorer diocese by sending aid, prayer books, etc.
This church is one I'll have to check out. Thanks for the review!

  3. Thanks.

Actually, I wrote "Episcopalian parish," but your point is well-taken. I'll be careful of that distinction in the future.

P.S. The gargoyle pic is my favorite. Right place, right time, right weather.
